Ben Young
Ben Young, son of Rajene Fox, and Nelvin Young, is a four-year member of the River View FFA where he is currently president and has earned his State FFA Degree. He has taken hog projects, many shop projects, and has earned several proficiency awards. As a member of the Keene Kountry Kids 4-H Club Ben was a two-time state qualifier in welding. He is a member of the Walhonding Junior Grange, a member of the Junior Fairboard, secretary of the Junior Leader’s Club, and has been a 4-H Camp counselor for two years. |

Katie Croft
Katie Croft, the daughter of Debbie and Neil Croft, is a nine-year member of Keene Kountry Kids 4-H Club where she has been active on the Beef, Sheep and Swine Teen Board, the county Fashion Board, a two-year member of the Junior Fairboard, the Ohio State Fashion Board, a 4-H Camp counselor, and the 4-H Junior Leader’s Club. Katie was first place in county clothing evaluations for nine years and received six Ohio State Fair Fashion Review Outstanding of the Day awards. She has achieved first place in county speaking contests, swine showmanship and was the state winner of the Health and Safety speech receiving a clock trophy and winning a trip to Atlanta for the National 4-H Congress in 2004. As a four-year member of River View FFA, Katie is the District 8 President, on the Parliamentary Procedure Team, a member of the Walhonding Valley Farmers, received second place in the state for a speech at the Ohio Farmland Preservation Summit in 2004, on the CDE State Agronomy Team, and achieved a gold rating for her 2006 SAE project, among other awards and activities. At River View High School she belongs to the Letterman’s Club, National Honor Society, and the Leo Club. Katie is a member of the Keene UM Church.
